For the first time anyone can join a Wire conversation with just a click, without downloading anything or creating an account — while enjoying the full protection of end-to-end encryption. Wire is the only work collaboration software to offer such a solution.
Most organizations work and communicate with external parties on a daily basis to conduct job interviews, do product demos, review business agreements, or share R&D details with a production partner. It’s crucial that these external conversations are protected with the same level of security as the internal communication of our customers.

A recent study with 1,000 business professionals found that 70% of them discuss confidential information on a conference call. Wire’s solution gives these calls the best security available, and also solves the problem of organizations over-relying on slow and unsecure emails when collaborating with external partners.
Guest room functionality is available to Wire’s enterprise customers at no extra cost.
Full functionality of Wire group conversations
Team members can create a guest room on desktop or from their phone, and by sharing a link to this room they can invite people they want to collaborate with.
Guest rooms support all the usual Wire features — chat, file sharing, one-click conference calls, screen sharing, etc. Guests can join the rooms via browsers on their desktop computers with support for mobile coming later this quarter.
Guest rooms are great for temporary conversations like job interviews, calls with prospective customers or product demos. Once the call is over it disappears and your contact list stays nice and tidy. Guests without a Wire account have access to such rooms only for 24 hours, or until the room creator removes them.
