Hi Gillo – as we said on Twitter, it was an unfortunate case of our legal docs not being in sync with our technology. Both our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy have been updated confirming our commitment to privacy.

We do relay messages via our server but as said, all content is end-to-end encrypted and it’s impossible for us to see the contents of the messages.
